Strawberry Simple Syrup Two Ways
I bought a flat of strawberries from our local FFA earlier this spring and played with 2 simple syrup recipes. I made a large enough batch that I canned a few jars to use all season long!
My labels give the ingredients list but I can’t give exact measurements other than to make a simple syrup use equal parts sugar and water, the rest of the measurements is really up to you! I love to have the syrup with sparkling water or paired with vodka or gin for a simple cocktail. Oh! Don’t forget the lemonade, I think this is actually my FAVORITE way to enjoy these syrups!
