Fruit Salad Shrub

Instead of composting the peels from my weekly fruit salad, I decided to use it to create a tasty shrub drink and decided to share the simple process via video. Basically, dump in whatever fruit scraps you have and add equal parts apple cider vinegar and real maple syrup. Shake it daily for about a month, strain, and ejoy! I like to mix with sparkling mineral water for a mocktail.
